ROBOTICS IN GASTRONOMY

 

Title: "One-Day Workshop: The Art of Robotics in Gastronomy"

Welcome! 🤖🍽️

 

Description:
In this one-day workshop, we will delve into the fascinating world of the art of robotics in the gastronomy industry. Collaborating with expert instructors and specialists, this event provides an opportunity to enhance your knowledge in the realms of robotic artistry and gastronomy.

 

 

 

Program:

 

1. 9:00–9:30 AM: Registration and Delicious Breakfast
a chance to mingle and start the day with energy.

 

2. 9:30–11:00 AM: Session One: Introduction to Robotic Art and Its Applications in Gastronomy
presentation by prominent experts in the fields of robotic art and gastronomy.

 

3. 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.: Practical Workshop: Familiarization with Kitchen Robots
hands-on experience with kitchen robots and learning practical techniques.

 

4. 12:30–2:00 PM: Gastronomic Lunch with Robotic Touch
unique flavors and a memorable lunch created using robotic technology.

 

5. 2:00–3:30 PM: Session Two: Expert Panel Discussion and Knowledge Enhancement
Engage in a discussion with professors and experts about challenges and opportunities in robotic art within the gastronomy industry.

 

6. 3:30–4:00 PM: Break and Afternoon Refreshments

 

7. 4:00–5:30 PM: Practical Workshop: Design and Execution of a Cooking Recipe with Robotics Collaboration
Participants have the opportunity to execute a special cooking recipe with the collaboration of advanced robots.

 

8. 5:30–6:30 PM: Conclusion and Appreciation of Participants
closing ceremony and distribution of certificates to participants.

 

Note:
This workshop is suitable for participants of all knowledge levels, from beginners to advanced.
Limited passes will be available for interested participants.

Level 4 - Professional: CHEF DE CUISINE

   - Cooks with significant expertise in combining artificial intelligence and cooking.
   - May introduce automated improvements in generating new cooking instructions.

Level 3 - Advanced: SOUS CHEF

   - Cooks who have progressed in the experience of artificial intelligence.
   - May use deep learning models for predicting complex ingredient combinations and cooking instructions.

Level 2 - Familiar: CHEF DE PARTIE

   - Cooks familiar with basic concepts of artificial intelligence.
   - May use simple algorithms for data analysis and productivity enhancement in the kitchen.

Level 1 - Novice: COMMIS
