Hello, wine enthusiasts! We invite you to join our workshop "Winery and Pairing" and embark on a journey into the fascinating world of wine flavors and their perfect culinary companions.

 

 

 

Topics Covered in This Workshop:

 

* Journey into the World of Wine: 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
presentation by wine experts covering the history, key insights, and essential wine varieties.

 

* The Art of Tasting Wine Flavors: (12:30 PM–2:30 PM)
an eye-opening session on recognizing flavor elements in wine, tasting techniques, and selecting the right wine.

 

* Experience the Fourteen Pairings (3:00 PM–5:00 PM)
Experiment with different wine flavors paired with fourteen specially crafted dishes guided by professional chefs.
