Greetings and respect! We invite you to participate in the "Culinary Nutrition" seminar. This seminar explores the connection between culinary processes and healthy nutrition, examining their impact on human health

* 9:00 AM–9:30 AM: Registration and Delicious Breakfast
an opportunity to get acquainted with colleagues and start the day with energy.

 

* 9:30 AM–11:00 AM: Session One: Culinary Nutrition Theory
an introduction to the concepts of culinary nutrition and its role in health.

 

* 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.: Practical Workshop: Implementing Nutritional Recipes with Culinary Indices
hands-on experience in combining nutritional principles with culinary indices.

 

* 12:30 PM–2:00 PM: Nutritional Lunch—Syncing with Creative Cooking
Enjoy a specially crafted lunch with fresh ingredients and creative culinary techniques.

 

* 2:00 PM–3:30 PM: Session Two: The Effects of Culinary Nutrition on Body and Mind Health exploring how culinary nutrition enhances energy, mood, and prevents diseases.

 

* 3:30 PM–4:00 PM: Afternoon Break and Refreshments

 

* 4:00 PM–5:30 PM: Panel Discussion with Guests and Experts: Questions and Answers a chance to engage with nutrition and culinary experts, asking questions and getting answers.

 

* 5:30 PM–6:30 PM: Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation
concluding the seminar with certificate presentations to participants.
